Friday Fill-ins



1. Getting away is easy through meditation
2. Yoga and Tai Chi to start your day off right.
3. coffee, tea or protein shake
4. regular jeans for men in place of fashion jeans
5. The lights "go down in the city...and the sun shines on the bay...oh i want to be there in my city" (Journey)
6. Internal happiness
7. and as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to studying, then relaxing, tomorrow my plans include yoga, walking my dog, and studying, and Sunday, I want to take a bath and read a book
